Cryo Reduced Plasma

Seraplex sources Cryo Reduced Plasma for both in vitro diagnostic manufacturing and for plasma fractionation.

Seraplex sources Cryo Reduced Plasma from two separate sources. We purchase Cryo Reduced Plasma from hospital blood banks that make their own Cryo for patient use. This plasma is used for in vitro diagnostic manufacturing. We also source Cryo Reduced Plasma from regional blood centers. This plasma is used for plasma fractionation.

The Cryo Reduced Plasma Seraplex purchases is made from 8 Hour Frozen Recovered Plasma. The 8 Hour Frozen Recovered Plamsa is thawed and pooled together in order to extract the Cryo. Once the Cryo is removed, the pooled units are collected back into individual plasma unit bags and refrozen within 24 Hours.

Product Description

Seraplex sources Cryo Reduced Plasma from both Community Blood Centers and Hospital Blood Banks. We can source Cryo Reduced plasma for both in vitro diagnostic manufacturing, and for plasma fractionation.
