Cord Blood Products
Seraplex provides high quality Cord Blood Products to in vitro diagnostic customers in the US and abroad.
Seraplex sources human whole cord blood units from FDA Registered cord blood banks. We can provide Cord Whole Blood, Cord Red Cells, and Cord Plasma. Each lot of Cord Plasma has been individually assayed for Alpha Feta Protein levels and pooled into 500 ml bottles. The Cord Plasma can be used for fetal hemoglobin controls. The Cord Red Cells and Cord Whole Blood can be used for the manufacturing of Hemoglobin F Controls.

We can supply cord blood in a variety of different forms. We can supply whole units of cord blood, or we can supply Cord Red Cells and Cord Plasma separately. The Cord Red Cells are collected in 50 ml tubes and stored at 2-8 degrees C until shipment to the customer. The Cord Plasma is pooled into 500 ml containers.
