Quality Policy

The Quality Policy of Seraplex is to implement and maintain a quality system that establishes procedures for the purchase of quality blood components from our suppliers and for the delivery of blood components to our customers that meet their specifications and their needs and to give its personnel the resources and training to meet that goal.
